For me the face to face interaction is absolutely essential Katie is friendly and professional she had a wealth of knowledge and hand fulls of tips and advice. She showed me respect and understanding for my needs and wants for my holiday. I felt listened to and all the staff were friendly and inviting. I love how I was offered a drink and warm welcome when I walked in 🙂

All staff in the Hays Travel Newton Aycliffe shop were polite and friendly. I was made welcome, and offered a coffee, while my Agent, Aimee, supported my needs with a professional and friendly manner. All necessary paperwork for my travel needs were explained very well. I would be happy to return to this particular shop for any travel needs in the future.
