I’ve worked with Nikki on all of my recent holidays and this time I was especially nervous about booking a far away trip to Thailand and Nikki took the stress away helping me book an amazing holiday and I can’t wait to be there . Nikki’s professionalism and attention to detail has resulted in a dream holiday being booked for our family.
Nikki is really easy to work with and professional throughout all our dealings. She is very personable, and demonstrated patience and a real eye for detail when we adjusted our requests several times. Our 2026 Thailand trip is now booked and we are very excited about it. My wife and I are just back from NYC a dream holiday booked by Nikki, there's not much I can add that the other reviews don't cover. Nikki is patient, friendly, professional, knowledgable, flexible and understanding she really is the GOAT at booking holidays our location was smash bang in the centre of Manhattan and an amazing friendly classy hotel at a great price!
We've booked kos for October week again she ticked every box and answered every question ... and their were a lot of questions lol with no issues.
If you want a stress free time at booking a holiday Nikki is your travel agent and I'll tell you something she is a credit to jays travel and we sincerely hope they know how luck they are to have an employee like this!
