Always receive first class service from Hays at North Point. Leanne was especially helpful and all the staff welcome you with a lovely smile. Wouldn't go anywhere else

Great Service, Great Staff
Looked online first to see what holidays I wanted then went to hayes to see what they could do as I prefer to speak to a person. The assistant was very polite and looked at all options and got a great price so we booked that day, great service, would recommend anyone to give them a try.

Cruise Purchase.
I was only kept waiting a couple of minutes before being attended to by Ann.
I haven't been on a cruise for a number of year that is why I chose to go into Hays Travel to get some expert and up to date information.
Ann was very helpful and sorted everything out for me so consequently I booked the cruise, on P&O's IONA, there & then.

Leanne was absolutely fantastic
Leanne was absolutely fantastic, she went above and beyond my expectations and was able to beat my initial quote from a previous travel agency. I left the shop knowing my needs had been met and everything had been explained in a language I understood and could participate with. Thanks Leanne I can't wait to visit Mauritius next year 😊
