Always receive first class service from Hays at North Point. Leanne was especially helpful and all the staff welcome you with a lovely smile. Wouldn't go anywhere else

My wife was looking for a holiday, the first one in 6 years, due to COVID and other problems.
We have been to Menorca before, and we thought of going again, so we visited the Hays Travel shop in Hull, and then we were seen to by a lovely lady called Leanna, who was very helpful and knowledgeable so we booked a holiday

Once again we returned to Hays,not sure…
Once again we returned to Hays,not sure we'd go anywhere else!! As always we were dealt with by Layla and in her usual professional way she tailored us the holiday we were after. Cannot fault either Layla or Hays, two very happy customers.

Our fist cruise
My wife and I was browsing for our first time cruise and was basically enquiring. On entering Hays travel at Northpoint we was greeted by a young lady called Laura. We sat down and told her we was interested in a cruise advertised in the widow and what we are looking for as being newbies to cruising, the representative explained everything about the package deal in layman’s terms which was brilliant and put us at ease, she was kind and understood what we needed to hear, from the flight right through the process to boarding the cruise ship, destinations, our baggage, well everything we needed to know. Overall a fantastic service from Hays representative in fact we bought the deal and have booked the cruise for January 2027, keep up the good work Hays.

We have booked our holidays with hays for the last few years and their service only gets better
Leanne was lovely and really listened and understood our wants and needs of a holiday
