Everything was spot on
My wife and I have been in a couple of times in the last week to discuss options for our holiday. Both times the agents (Layla & Sarah) were very knowledgeable, very helpful and very professional. Have booked with Hays Travel once again and have done so for the last couple of years and we will continue to do so in the future.

I recently booked a holiday with Hays Travel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful in finding the perfect holiday to suit my needs and budget.
They made the whole booking process easy and stress-free, answering all my questions and giving great advice and recommendations. Nothing felt too much trouble, and their customer service was excellent throughout.
