Welcoming staff
Welcoming staff, always friendly and supportive. I booked a last minute holiday for 2, after a couple of searches. I was booked on a holiday going to Malaga for 2 nights, staying at a beautiful hotel at a good price. The booking process only took only half an hour. Service with a smile 😊

Effective, pleasant and professional.
The customer service I was provided with was excellent. I was supported to book a flight for the dates I wanted and the staff member helped me to download the flight tickets/boarding passes etc electronically (which I am not familiar with). She did this in a very effective, pleasant and professional manner.

Great service and lovely staff. The staff at hays northfield are really helpful, always reply in a timely manner and will do their best to help you tailor make your holiday. We’ve booked 3 holidays with hays northfield and have always been really happy with the service, no job too big or small. The staff are really knowledgable and obviously do plenty of travelling themselves
