I visited the branch in Oadby…
I visited the branch in Oadby twice..offered a cup of tea which I thought was a lovely touch... I dealt with Mia and Sean on her day off...both were so friendly polite & extremely knowledgeable and helpful..they kept in contact by email and phone and we have now booked our wonderful Mexico holiday for Christmas and new year.. I would highly recommend Hays Travel nothing was to much bother and the whole process was enjoyable 😉

Knowledgeable and helpful agent.
The agent, Graham was very knowledgeable and helped us to chose the right accommodation for our needs. He also advised us how to make the most of our holiday by choosing to buy the Bucket List Bundle which covers all the places we'd want to visit.

Holiday
Walked into the newly decorated shop, there were 4 agents sitting at desks, graham who we have booked with before was with a couple, so we went to Mia. We already knew where we wanted to go on Holiday, so it was easy to book. Mia even arranged airport assistance and also late check out room. We were offered tea or coffee while booking took place, it was a nice relaxing experience

Yet again, I felt like they above and beyond, they could of got the first flights that rolled up.
