Sean at hays Oadby was just delightful, such a beautiful person, funny and charming, relaxed and booked exactly what we wanted, I used to use him at syston but since he’s moved we will go to Oadby and looking to book for January next can’t wait, just booked a cheeky stop off so hopefully it will be amazing , thankyou Sean loves xx

We have used co op travel then Hays over the years the staff have always been very helpful considerate and friendly very knowledgable
We’ve as leats dealt with Graham at the Oadby branch he’s know us now for well over twenty years possibly nearer to 30 years
Graham is so helpful very knowledgeable of places and gives very good advice

Booking has been made easier by Sean who dealt with a change of cruise choice in a helpful and friendly way. This is my first planned cruise and use of an independent travel agency. I have booked for next year and so more arrangements are to be made. So far I am very happy with Hayes Travel and look forward to going back to Sean to complete.
