We were feeling tired and stressed
We were feeling tired and stressed, decided a holiday will cheer us up, we booked a couple of trips with chantelle helping us to decide where.
She was very helpful by being patient and understanding which helped us to make the right choices. Later we spotted another holiday on line which was a good offer, I called chantelle and she explained they can match the offer. She has been fantastic making sure she covered all the angles.
I've known people go away and not have the correct paperwork or didn't know they had to have certain paperwork etc. So well done chantelle.

Granddaughter's treat
We wanted to book a city break for 3 adults one of which is our granddaughter.
Step booked a great hotel in Barcelona for us, thank you Steph. You made the whole process painless for me. I also spoke to Helen and Chantelle during my enquiries and many questions. Thank you to all staff who are always very professional, patient and helpful.

Absolutely fantastic service
We went into Hayes not quite knowing where we wanted to go for a a celebration holiday. We spoke with Summer who patiently went through what we liked and disliked, the kind of things we might want to do, what kind of package we were looking for, how far away we wanted to go etc. She gave us a few options to consider which led to us booking. There was no pressure, the service impeccable, all the staff were really friendly and the whole ambiance was really relaxing. This was the first time we have booked with Hayes and it certainly won't be the last

First time booking a cruise…
First time booking a cruise so was not completely sure what I wanted or how it worked but Kevin was brilliant. He took time (3 hrs) to show us various options, make comparisons and finally book it. I’ve never used a travel agent before - always sorted myself - but I would definitely use Hays again.

Price match for Emirates Holiday
Phoned to do a price check for Emirates holiday, gave us a quote phoned and spoke to Summer at Oldbury branch had everything booked and confirmed within minutes. She managed to save us some money and matched everything we were getting on original quote . Extremely happy with service we received.
