They immediately start to treat you as a person, and looking for a cruise. They where very helpful and even phoned me with details pertaining to the trip I decided on.

We wree seen straight away and with a smile by Georgina. She was extremely knowledgeable as had done the same holiday we had done and was able to give great advice and answer our questions. Went the extra mile to try and find the best price as well
