A very good first contact and booking process
The agent was very pleasant and polite. She listened well and remembered key information relevant to my needs. She demonstrated good knowledge but didn't push a particular solution/holiday type until she had gathered more information. She was able to navigate hiccups in the system during the booking with competence and patience
