Customer Service with a personal touch
We had been booking with Regal Travel etc for many years and when they were taken over by Hays we went with them. The staff know exactly what we like and go out of their way to find us the best deals. Nia sorted our holiday to Mexico having previously found us holidays to Thailand and a Caribbean cruise and stay. Nothing is too much trouble. We had previously called into the TUI shop in town to ask about the Cruises and were promised by the agent that they would get back to us but never did. Nia sourced the same cruises in Hays and emailed me all the information.
I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else as the service is always the best.
