Was able to check the holidays available. Get a pint off for the holidays and then was able to get a call back to book our preferred holiday. They also completed our online check-in.

Excellent customer service.
Karen was so helpful and did everything possible to ensure that she found us our perfect accommodation for our holiday to Majorca. After searching for us she found the perfect place and we were very happy to book , now we are looking forward to heading off on holiday. Thank you Karen for your help.

The lady who dealt with us was so professional and knowledgeable. She put us at ease and made the whole process very easy. There were only two staff members on duty due to illness and holidays which meant the ladies were under a lot of pressure what with bookings and people needing foreign currency. They both dealt with it admirably.
