Was able to check the holidays available. Get a pint off for the holidays and then was able to get a call back to book our preferred holiday. They also completed our online check-in.

This was quite a difficult flight to book from my side but despite that - the staff at hays Portadown were very very patient- helpful to a fault and explained all my concerns honestly and with the highest respect

Natasha looked after us with booking our next ski holiday. We had some challenging preferences and a large group but she couldnt have done enough for us. Nothing was a problem and now we have booked the perfect holiday. We are so excited. We will definitely book with her again
