It’s the first visit to Hays Travel ever it was brilliant .I wanted to find out about going on a cruise we couldn’t of got more help and advice any where so I booked a cruise and we’re off to the Mediterranean for seven days thanks to Jody first class highly recommend Hays Traval

All the staff have made us feel like we are more than clients, even simple gestures like offering us tea or coffee made us feel valued. The team , especially Carlie have gone above their job description for us. We are not far away from our trip to the Seychelles and they are still helping finalising things. Carlie is now helping with our next trip to Disney. One thing is certain,we will never go elsewhere and will recommend them to anyone who needs a recommendation. Very happy with the service we receive.

The staff were so patient with us whilst we checked hotel reviews and kept coming back with others but they duly looked for all the hotels we’d found. We booked with Hays because they gave us a very competitive price for the hotel we wanted, and for piece of mind that all aspects (luggage, transfers, etc) are taken care of and covered.

We have booked Hays Travel for most of our holidays for many years and the majority of the staff know us quite well. For this vacation we had several factors to take into account, although the process was lengthy Sam was extremely patient with us and we eventually managed to book our perfect holiday.

We were helped by the manager who was really friendly and very helpful nothing was to much bother, she took her time with us and explained everything, we have booked holidays before from here and all staff are very friendly and helpful in every way .
