I popped into ask about holidays
I popped into ask about holidays , especially last minute as I tried to book a holiday in April but was booked in for 2 surgeries . I spoke to Chloe Read , the shop manager who id spoken to a few months before . She showed me some great deals and one was fantastic. The price was excellent and I also got a shop discount . They have emailed me to say tickets and boarding passes were ready and I even got a much better rate of exchange in lira from sterling from 2 companies on line and 4 business in Portsmouth . I got these rate as a hays travel customer . Chloe was absolutely amazing I was very happy to used Hays travel and will use them again most definitely

Chloe went above and beyond to check all options. We did go back and forth a bit as the group kept changing their mind but Chloe was so patient and nothing was too much trouble. She also got us the best deal as was able to price match what we found online. Thank you so much Chloe x

Purchasing Travel insurance
I have always buy travel insurence with Hays I always buy the gold status but I think it is getting expensive is because of my age as I am 62 this year. Ifeel that there should be a set price for older people or alot chance it going without insurance . Eventually I will be looking for expats insurence as I will be moving to Thailand in the future.
