All the staff in the Portsmouth store are outstanding in their knowledge, friendliness, enthusiasm and professionalism. Love visiting shop as staff recognise regular customers immediately and understand what we are looking for.

JON our agent is quite knowledgeable helped us get flights to the Philippines'. when it gets nearer to our departure has promised to further help with boarding passes and disability help. i am fairly confident this will happen.... we shall see... ask me again in December when we've returned
