As always with Hays Travel, our requests were taken care of in a very efficient and friendly way. We again were dealt with by Josie, again very friendly, made us feel comfortable, and dealt with our holiday booking very efficiently. We left Hays very happy, and a nice holiday to look forward to. Amazing service and helped book with ease…
We went in to enquire about cruise in 2026 and the staff were so helpful and accommodated our needs and were furthermore accommodating when we went back to the shop having chose to move down two floors on the ship it was such a great trip we had too. So much so that we’ve booked another one that will be overseen by hays too.

The stuff was very friendly and done everything for us and sorted out everything from booking to parking and flight seats for us and was very polite and explained everything to us so we where satisfied by the time we left the shop
