Nothing was too much trouble
Nothing was too much trouble for the team at Prenton, Tilly especially went out of her way to find us what we wanted in terms of itinerary and available dates. Hayes has always been our first call for holidays, and this visit proved the standards have not slipped at all.

We were very impressed by the help we received by Isabella as we were looking for a last minute self catering break. We had looked online and many holidays were 'all inclusive'
Isabella looked at quite a few places for us and found one that met our requirements!! Would visit Hays Travel, Prenton to book another holiday in the future!!
