We have always had a good service from Hays I have dealt with nearly everyone of the representatives in Rayleigh and find them all very helpful and friendly, we have always had a good service from Helen we always ask for her to book our holiday she is so helpful and knowledgeable about the holiday we are booking, and this is the 5th time of booking our main holiday with Hays.

His explanation of what we could expect from our chosen destination was first class. Many thanks to him for what he did to help us chose what we hope will be a great holiday to Cape Verde
