Last minute city break
I was served very quickly which I was grateful for and not made to wait at all between customers considering the shop was very busy at the time on a Friday lunchtime
The agent was very helpful and my booking was made quickly and efficiently.
Everything was processed straight away and as it was a fairly last minute booking check in was also completed for me which was so helpful

Sasha made the whole experience so easy. She was so helpful especially making sure that my dietary needs would be catered for. Would definitely recommend and come back. We actually live in Croydon now but still come back to Rayleigh Hayes as service so good.

The right choice.
Zoe at Rayleigh was extremely knowledgeable at giving us all we needed know for us to have a really good cruise. Starting with the right type of cabin,the dinning and a hotel to stay at the night before the cruise including transfers.
