It was lovely so far people was easy to talk to friendly but not to friendly. Every understandings. Have flown with your self before.

Cruise & stay holiday booked. Staff extremely helpful especially Jo (Redditch branch) who helped enormously with our aircraft seating problem. A pity that TUI wants to charge you at every opportunity.

Always book through Hays. Easy process with no hard sell, booked what we wanted at a good price. Lexis very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I called in the branch on the off chance I could get some help booking flights only for a trip to see a family member in Spain. I had tried doing it myself and was going round in circles. The staff member was very helpful and within a short space of time had it all booked and documents printed.
