Just wanted a flight with airtransat found they hadn't released flights to go until Friday 19th june that was fine Julie had to phone them to make sure. she didn't rush us was friendly and made sure the flight was what we needed.We just have to call in on Wednesday to pick our seats.Would only use a actual travel agent feel a lot safer that way

Excellent service given for booking our holiday. Once our initial requirements were listed by the booking agent, she was very efficient in dealing with the holiday company we chose. We left very satisfied with the process involved.

Impressive Service
We were impressed by our visit to Hays Travel, Ripley.
We saw Kyle, the manager, with whom we booked a cruise holiday.
We were attended to straight away. Kyle, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful.
We have used them to book holidays before and we will use them again.
They provided an excellent service.

I spoke to the agent by phone and he…
I spoke to the agent by phone and he went through the paperwork and details to which I agreed he asked if I wanted to pay the deposit on the phone i said that I would pay the deposit in the office the next day but in the office I was asked to complete a new form only to find that the holiday had gone up by £ 500 which came as a complete shock ! 😳
