Hays Travel - Ripley Avis 

I spoke to the agent by phone and he went through the paperwork and details to which I agreed he asked if I wanted to pay the deposit on the phone i said that I would pay the deposit in the office the next day but in the office I was asked to complete a new form only to find that the holiday had gone up by £ 500 which came as a complete shock ! 😳

They sorted the holiday that we wanted quickly and efficiently at the price advertised.

Caroline, as always , was so helpful and talked us through everything - she even went into the office on her day off which was also a Sunday to book it for us because we had missed the office opening hours on the Saturday when she was in . Thank you , Caroline .

My wife and I called in at Hays Travel in Ripley to book our seats on a flight to Palma later on in the year, we sat with Jade as we had booked a cruise with last month, while we were there we asked about a hotel break in April in Spain. We had already checked the holiday out on line to get an idea of the hotel and cost , we didn't mention the cost we had come up with but Jade looked up the holiday and came up with a very similar price, we found Jade very pleasant, extremely helpful and we left the shop looking forward to booking our next adventure.

Smooth and straightforward

The person that dealt with my requirements was polite efficient and got me a good hotel in the location i wanted at a very good rate

Julie made us very welcome and understood our requirements.
She checked out our 3 hotel options for location, rooms, distance to beach and resort centre etc. Julie also went through the reviews for each hotel option. All in all a good experience.
