Rang up yesterday morning about a holiday by the time I arrived in the afternoon jade had already sorted out the holiday .All of the staff at hayes in ripley are amazing reliable and very friendly thankyou very much .

We have just returned from a cruise…
We have just returned from a cruise booked through Hays Travel and wanted to book for next year, we visited Hays and was helped by Amy to sort out our requirements, I had been on the cruise site to get an idea of price previously. Amy went through the booking and got it a good £200 cheaper, result.Dave.

Welcomed me with a smile and good morning. Told them roughly what I wanted .The lady told me about a few places suitable for my family. Explained every detail of the holiday. It was simple low deposit..Third time booked at the Ripley branch Theyg are very knowledgeable in every aspect. 10/10
