Karen who looked after me at Rothwell branch went above and beyond to get the holiday I wanted. She spent a lot of time making it right. She was very chatty and explained everything to me.

Friendly knowledgable staff. Listened to what we were looking for and price we didnt wish to exceed. E-mailed all paperwork but also gave us a paper copy and adjusted when noted small error. Very happy with experience.
