Hayes Travel - Rothwell Branch
From walking in the door I was met with a welcoming greeting and the service was instant
Everything about the process was fully explained and friendly atmosphere made it a simple process to swiftly book the required holiday.
I would definitely recommend the branch and definitely will be rebooking future trips at this branch.
We also enquired regarding currency exchange again which was also fully explained.

Walked a distance to find Hays travel was closed on Sunday when they were supposed to be open, it would be polite to inform us you weren’t opening on a Sunday

Thank you for your feedback. I’m very sorry you arrived to find the branch closed. We open on Sundays only during January and February, and remain closed on Sundays for the rest of the year. I apologise that this was not clearly communicated.

Friendly Staff
The staff in this branch are amazing,all really friendly but especially Karen..she’s gone above and beyond finding me and my group the best holiday/price/deal.
The patience,plus knowledge and understanding is something I don’t find in any other travel shop,I didn’t feel rushed or awkward,which makes it a better experience and it’s why I return.
