I don’t usually use a travel agent but as we are going to NYC I wanted a bit of security, Maisie In your Rugeley store went above and beyond to find what I wanted even though I was very particular and wanted price matching, she found me the exact hotel I wanted and kept in touch regularly without over pressurising or being salesy! She’s an asset to your branch and you should give her a bonus! 😂 Thankyou

First Class Service
Every time I go into Hays Travel to book my holidays its a wonderful experience, great atmosphere, a pleasant place to be in to book an holiday.
All the staff are absolutely wonderful, kind, polite, helpful, professional, knowledgeable and above all patient. Nothing is too much trouble for them. That is why I always use Hays Travel-Rugeley. Without the staff Hays Travel would be just another mediocre Travel Agent. Thank you so much Hays Travel/Staff for the high standard of service you provide, long may it be continue.
