Excellent Customer Service
All the staff at Hays Travel, Seaham are extremely friendly and very helpful. We were particularly impressed with Amelia and her attention to customer service during our recent visit. We had only met Amelia once before, but she remembered us both together with personal details about our likes and dislikes. It is refreshing to go into a business and feel like a special customer.
