Naples Holiday
Megan, made us feel at ease straight away, we were offered and accepted a hot drink within 1 minute of sitting down by another member of staff.
We knew our destination but were unsure of the hotel so Megan showed us several hotels and checked the recent review before we settled on our hotel.
The whole process was easy to understand with Megan explaining every option and useful advise when we arrive and through our holiday.
We will definitely return for next years planned holiday.

Great service!
Our advisor Holly was absolutely fantastic. We gave a fairly wide brief but she managed to understand what we were looking for and advised brilliantly. We are very happy with the holiday that we have chosen!

We went in to book a holiday which we had previously researched. Staff were attentive and listened to what we asked for, answering queries about current safey alerts. Holiday booked and paid for within a very short time, including plane seats. To return nearer time to check-in for flight. We have used Hays in Seaham many times and always found staff to be very helpful.

Brilliant service
Holly at the Seaham branch was incredible. I came in with a vague idea as to what I was looking for and she was so patient at guiding me through discussing what I liked and disliked. Eventually booked and so excited for my first holiday just me and my daughter!!
