Very helpful as went with 2 other prices , the lowest was matched , pleased to be able to use our local travel agent as they print tickets etc & convenient for any problems as you can spent an hour waiting to get thru by phone for online companies

Winter weekend getaway.
I rang to see what they could offer for certain dates and budget. Mark rang back a lille later with 3 options, this was followed up with an email with mote details. We decided on Morocco so went up in person and he booked it for us.
We haven't been away yet, so can't comment on the actual holiday, but booking it was simple.

Why bother to use the internet when going into Hays
Michaela delivered exceptional customer service
Every thing was made so simple, Michaela had progressed our enquiry and made the booking simple , explaining and confirming booking at each stage, the hotel , the flight and car parking,
I wondered after the experience why I had ever bothered booking on line!
We know the next steps including airplane seat booking. A fully recommended expeience

Communication from the store to arrange and book my mamma Mia trip with x3 of my friends was excellent.
