They discussed what type of holiday we were looking for and when, found 2 discussed both then picked the one most suitable for 2 elderly people.Started looking for 7 days but we were offered 14 at little extra cost.Time did not matter,thank you Hays travel Shipley.

Patient helpful listened to all my questions and asked the tour organisers if he didn’t know the answer and relayed all the answers clearly and concisely. Liaising with my fellow travellers hays store in Retford.

Brilliant experience
Shannon was great. We went in looking for a last minute break and not 100% sure where we wanted to go. Within 30 minutes we'd booked a week in Fuerteventura

The staff at heys travel do there best and are helpful but they are over worked and short staffed and are unable to offer full customer care if they are not supported more customer s will go elsewhere
