The whole experience was made great
The whole experience was made great, because everything is under the same roof.
My travel agent Richard M was lovely, very friendly and very helpful. When I first went to see him we looked at some quotes and discussed the locations and prices. I just felt like I was being listened to.

Gabriella and our Portugal Booking
We were met by Gabriella in the Sleaford Bureau. She was good at the Meet and Greet. Very quickly she was showing experience and we knew that we were in good hands. From then on we made our booking. She was also obtaining assistance from another employee on other matters that arose. Five Star Rating from Us.
