I am lucky enough to have met Sophie in Sleaford Hays Travel who is incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic, helping me to find the perfect family holiday! From the minute we met she was keen to understand our needs and get to know us as a family to ensure she not only met but exceeded our expectations! She did hours of research, made many phone calls... nothing seems too much trouble for this wonderful lady. I am incredibly excited about the holiday that she has found and booked for us ready for next year. This will be the first of many holidays I book with her!
