Came in for some Euros and was served by a pleasant polite lady called Karen she was so helpful and certainly will use Hays travel again

Grateful experiance at hays travel
My sister and I had an idea of what we wanted Nicola from hays south shields just made it clear and was so helpful . She took our budget into account our interests and our "don't likes" and most importantly she listened . We booked our holiday with confidence and relief knowing she got us a great deal and all our needs were all catered for and all of that with some great conversation and a big smile . A great experiance all round .

Prompt and efficient service
I had already chosen the holiday and hotel I wanted but the lady at Hays travel helped with flight arrangements and requests. She did this very promptly and efficiently and sent relevant paperwork straight away.
