Came in for some Euros and was served by a pleasant polite lady called Karen she was so helpful and certainly will use Hays travel again

Fantastic service
Kerry made the experience really easy. She was helpfully, suggested ideas for our trio to Dubai and Singapore. She deserves a medal as we weren't as organised we thought we were with our plans for the trip.

Try to always speak with an advisor.
We pretty much new what we wanted on our holiday to the canaries. When speaking with Hays Travel we tailored our holiday to exactly what we both wanted. Just talking to an advisor can improve your options. Thankyou

Great staff
As ever the staff were wonderful. Nicola was great and booked our holiday in 15 minutes, always polite, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. This is the reason I always choose Hays
