We always get a friendly welcome. A smile & a chat. We've booked throught Hays Travel at the Nook for many years & we have a great relationship with all the team. They know exactly what we like from a Holiday. Booked our 3 cruise but we've been recommended to do a cruise & stay. Really looking forward to doing something different. Thanks Debbie
