Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff
Clare was, as always, extremely helpful finding us a holiday. She knew what would suit us from just a few questions and showed us some lovely options. She was very knowledgeable about the area we chose and explained in detail about the location which is very helpful and kind. Staff were extremely helpful and prepared to go the extra mile to put together exactly what we wanted in terms of a holiday. We had specific goals not met by the published itineraries but the staff found a way!
