Hazel was so helpful, we didn't really know where we wanted to go, but knew what we wanted, her knowledge of different places was amazing and fully understood our needs, she continued to eliminate places till we found our holiday in Cape Verde

We found that the advisors in the Keel Square branch were extremely helpful and they went out of there way to ensure we got the exact holiday we required. Will definitely use this branch again.

I found the staff to be really helpful and friendly. Very accommodating and went the extra mile for us to make sure everything was sorted. This is our first family holiday and they took all of the stress away from sorting everything out. Brilliant.
