A nice experience
The young man was very helpful, not only did he book my flights, he gave me helpful advice, and talked me through everything.
I will definitely book my next holiday with Hays, as it was a nice calm, stress free experience

Very welcoming, very helpful, kind and friendly would recommend I will probably be using again. I wasn’t rushed even when I had to take a phone call the guy dealing with me was very patient.

Turkey here I come
Really happy with Angus. He found me a holiday suitable for me. He did all the necessary work so I don’t need to check in, printed all my paperwork off, so all I need to do is arrive at the airport. Even travel money is available. All completed with no stress.

Previously I was a bit put off with booking with an agent iv always booked online as thought there would be fees attached and I'd be maybe talked into something I didn't want ...I was very happy with how I was approached and supported through my whole booking ..Ryan was amazing and took care of everything for me ..was reassuring and listened to my requirements before booking my cruise to Norway ...explained there were no added fees so happy around
