Cheap holiday…
Went in store for a cheap 7 day holiday and came away with 10 day holiday. Staff were very amenable, willing and patient. A trainee done my booking which went smoothly. Could not fault my experience.

Very helpful staff
We have found all the staff at the Sutton Coldfield Branch very helpful.

Specific requirements
I went in with very specific requirements as to dates, location and hotel. All of these were met by Angus who served me. He also was clear with the details and addressed all my concerns.

Very Good Service
Wilson took the time to support my disabled needs when making the booking. He is a nice young man who showed he had very good manners. I would book again just on this experience alone. This is also the view of my friend who was on the phone booking a holiday too.
