Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful but not pushy. They're happy to listen to what you want and tailor your holiday to suit you. We do have closer branches to us but we choose to travel into Swanage to use this branch.

Great service in Swanage
Kevin in Swanage was a lovely chap to deal with and he booked me onto the cruise I wanted, which saved me a lot of time. He was very patient and acted very professionally given I was a tadge miffed over the price. I’d definitely use the Swanage branch more as will my friends who are going with us in February ‘26

I have used Hays travel for many years…
I have used Hays travel for many years to book my holidays. They know exactly what my preferences are and so there is no need to browse hundreds of resorts, hotels or cruise ships every time I book. I have dealt with Lisa in Wareham and now she has moved to Swanage, I continue to use her. She is efficient and very knowledgeable.
