Chose to go to travel agent as lots of flights online that added on extra prices when you clicked on them or didn't include luggage or were self transfer.
Gentleman was so helpful,told him what I wanted and few clicks later all flights booked, easy as that,exactly what I wanted, stress free.

Great service and staff
Leo was tremendously helpful he was attentive and thorough. Leo booked our holiday and took care of printing out the tickets boarding cards etc. I will always try and use Hays travel in the future.

Face to face booking.
We like the idea of walking into a travel agents and seeing someone face to face, asking different questions and having everything explained to us. we go to the Swanage agents as we have been there a number of times and often see Kevin, knowing everything will be done correctly.
