Caroline was outstanding in her efforts to secure flights to Venice, train to Rome, train to Florence, flight to Alghero, flight to London.
A really difficult challenge that required a specialist. Caroline demonstrated exceptional expertise and professionalism.

Always good to deal with. I did have to ring a couple of times yo chase up details snd went into the shop in the end. Courtney was very friendly and helpful albeit a little slow, but she will be an asset to you when she gets more confidence. Would use Hays again
