Excellent Easy Booking very helpful staff. Every year we just give the agent a location we want to travel to, the dates and our budget & leave it with them. They always get back to us with a nice choice of hotels. Always excellent service.

Excellent service
Excellent service. I knew exactly which resort, hotel and when I wanted to travel. I was quite specific about who I would and wouldn’t fly with, and my preferred flight times. Sienna was very professional, friendly and arranged a holiday and travel extras, to my exact requirements. I really appreciate the after service support Hays offers, eg assistance with API, help with online check in, printing boarding passes, and the competitive exchange rates.

The staff are very friendly.
The staff are very friendly and super helpful. They keep us up to date with flight prices and euro deals throughout the year.
We booked flights and the assistant gave us the comparble costs per airline so we could access the best option.

Really great experience at Hays in Swinton!
Was served by Sienna (overseen by Erica) who was training but was very professional. Went through all details with me multiple times to confirm if everything was right and ensured I didnt feel pressured into making any decisions! made the whole process really smooth. Thank-you.
