Excellent service, the assistant gave us excellent help in patiently checking our requirements and choices then finally booking them before taking our deposit. Thus continuing our experience of such excellent first class service of using Hays for a number of years now.

My first time with Hays Travel
Very friendly ladies I told them what we wanted and the budget and they found us a holiday in the place we wanted, this is the first time I have been in store with Hays travel and was I felt relax and comfortable talking to the staff from now on myself and my husband will be booking all our holidays with you. First time i’d used Hays Travel
First time i’d used Hays Travel , but felt I wanted to talk to someone face to face as I wanted to book a break in four weeks time. Erica the assistant was excellent worked out and shared the options and processed all the bookings through to reserving the seats . Definitely worth the trip to the Hays branch.

Really helpful and patient service
Really helpful and patient service. I had a vague idea where I wanted to go but soon realised it wasn't the right place for me. Sara helped me find the perfect city break for my husband's birthday. Explained everything brilliantly.

Australia and Dubai visit
Erica was superb, talked me through the booking step by step and answered all my questions. She made it all a very easy and straightforward process for me.
Also Alison was so helpful with the money side of things for the countries I am visiting.
I cannot fault the service I received at all.
