I must fill in about 4to 5 of these a year and I still cannot fault Hays in Thirsk . A simple phone call and they can match the holl we have found to exactly what we have . It doesn't matter if you walk in or phone up you get the same exceptional level of service.

As usual I was very impressed with the service I received from Gabby, in Hays in Thirsk, in arranging a short break to Gibraltar for me and my son. The staff are always polite and welcoming and take time to find the best opportunities available for my budget.

2028 cruise
I spoke to Reuben on this occasion, asking him to add a cruise that we had booked while still on board our ship. We like the facility of being able to pay by direct debit, so asked him to set it up for us. As he hadn’t done this before, he took advice from the Hays help desk and within five minutes it was all done and good to go. Great service Reuben. Thank you

What can I say? It's like going to see old friends when we go book a holiday here. They're a great gang of folk, always friendly and deliver a great service!
They remember what we like when we go away, eg half board at hotel, leg room on early flights!
