Hays Topsham are hands down the best travel agent we have ever used. I would like to acknowledge the two people we deal with the most & they are; Karra & Nadine. Both are warm, welcoming, helpful, so knowledgeable, kind, efficient & professional. These women go the extra mile, in the rare instance that they don't have the answer you need - they will find it & quick! We have travelled to a number of destinations based entirely on their recommendations & they have always surpassed our expectations. Nothing is too much trouble & I just love the fact I/we can pop in to talk to them about any travel queries we have. Hays Travel really looks after their clients
Excellent help from our travel advisor finding us a good hotel in Zante. She spent a lot of time with us showing us a few hotels that may suit so we didn't feel she was rushng us through our decision.

We were looked after very well on our first visit, and received an email containing details of what we discussed so that we could consider the matter. On return we were led through the requirements of what was needed to complete the booking to Tenerife.
