Agent found flight from Heathrow and overnight hotel which was a straight forward procedure. Also explained the flight App to me in detail. Check-in will also be done for me. So it was an excellent service and would recommend.

Friends, not 'just' customers.
As always, excellent service. Nothing is too much trouble, it's so lovely to be able to go in store and be treated as friends and not 'just' customers, even had a cuppa and bikkies. Carly at Hayes travel in torquay is brilliant. She is so helpful and made it a breeze for us to book. She has sorted our holidays for us for a few years now, sometime twice in a year. She knows what we want and what we need as my wife is registered disabled and blind. The service we receive is second to none. The holiday we have had have been wonderful and we wouldn't go anywhere else.
