Quick friendly service
Quick friendly service. Very responsive face to face with quote . Call back on phone to confirm booking was prompt. Looking forward to an equally good service when the charter flight leaves for the cruise next year.

Lovely helpful staff
I went in with what I thought would be a complicated request for travel arrangements. I went away & within a hour it was all sorted. Needed a few tweaks for my personal preferences. Lovely helpful staff

We booked two holidays
We booked two holidays, one a quick winter sun break, the other a significant anniversary. The travel agent understood our needs and created what appear to be two very appropriate holidays.

Not too happy being told on booking p and o don't honour blue light card.
I know they do by allowing more cabin spend as I have done this on previous cruises.
